Pédophilie et société

Les Etats-Unis ne sont pas à une innovation près. Dans l’état de l’Ohio deux législateurs souhaitent faire adopter une loi concernant les pédophiles. Ils voudraient imposer aux pédophiles et aux auteurs de délits sexuels de mettre une plaque vert fluorescent sur leur voiture. L’argument de ces législateurs : «Une plaque différente avertirait les parents et les enfants de la menace potentielle d’un pédophile ».
Ce qui quelque part est stupide et irresponsable car les enfants comme les parents auraient un faux sentiment de sécurité puisqu’ils ne seraient pas méfiants vis à vis des automobilistes ayant une plaque normale.
Toujours dans l’Ohio les pédophiles recensés sont tenus de signifier leur adresse à la police. Cet état oblige déjà les chauffards récidiviste pour conduite en état d’ivresse à apposer une plaque minéralogique jaune vif avec des lettres rouges.
Nous allons de plus en plus vers une société ou l’on peut rapidement être fiché pour des faits et des délits plus ou moins graves. Ce qui sous entend évidemment que votre liberté est contrôlée et restreinte.
Je suis bien consciente qu’il est urgent de mettre en œuvres des mesures concernant ce problème de pédophilie. Mais peut-être un suivi médical (médicamenteux et psychologique) pour ces personnes serait plus judicieux que de les ficher où de les obliger à porter un bracelet qui permet de les suivre à la trace.
Le cas de la pédophilie (comme d’autres) est un problème de société majeur où les clivages politiques devraient s’effacer pour trouver des solutions qui puissent permettre à ces personnes de se soigner  pour éviter les récidives. Pour ceux dont le retour dans la société est impossible peut-être faudrait-il plus d’établissements spécialisés et du personnel qualifié.

Je m’interroge souvent, quel serait ma réaction et mon attitude si un de mes proches devait être agressé par un pédophile. Peut-être que je balancerais mon poing dans la figure à cet agresseur même si cela ne sert à rien. Tout d’un coup je ne parle plus d’une personne malade qu’il faut soigner mais d’un agresseur. Il existe une thérapie pour la pédophilie qui est efficace : La psychologie archétypique. Je vous invite à lire les livres de James Hillman "Pan et le cauchemar" et de son élève Pedraza "Hermès et ses enfants dans la psychothérapie" : comme le dit Jung, ce sont les dieux qui sont malades en nous. Ici c'est Pan ... refoulé, il sort et venge et possède littéralement le "moi" de ces gens :

Le grand Pan n'est pas mort et ses manifestations dans la psychopathologie le montrent bien. Le cauchemar, la panique, la masturbation et même le viol révèlent la présence du dieu lascif, rustre et phallique.

Mais les cuisses velues du bouc ne sont-elles pas liées à ses cornes spirituelles ? Celui qui, selon les Grecs, apporte la folie ne peut-il « guérir » ? Pan, cette part de nature refoulée par deux mille ans de christianisme, ne peut-il rien pour l'homme moderne dont l'âme est sans nature et la nature sans âme ?

Le prêtre s'avance la bible à la main et commence l'exorcisme. D'un coup la petite fille s'illumine et je l'entends parler dans ma tête. Je mets alors ma capuche. Entendant ses paroles dans mon esprit, j'attrape le prêtre par la peau du cou, sa bible tombe, je l'empoigne contre le mur et je lui dis "Pour que son âme soit libérée, reconnaissez que vous l'avez tuée de vos mains en l'étranglant après l'avoir violé alors que vous étiez jeune prêtre. Oui ou non l'avez tuée parce qu'elle était soi-disant l'enfant, la fille de ce que vous appelez "une sorcière" ? Reconnaissez que vous avez Pan, le violeur et le pédophile en vous et qu'il vous poursuit depuis toujours car vous ne pouvez l'accepter, le regarder en face."Ses yeux sortent de ses orbites, il a l'air terrorisé. Hermès et ses enfants dans la psychothérapie

Oui tout est possible même la guérison de ce qui semble incurable et immonde.

Si la pédophilie était une maladie, ce serait une maladie incurable! Les chiffres le montrent, toutes les thérapies sont des échecs. On ne peut pas aborder des sujets si graves avec autant de légèreté, il faut se renseigner, aucune thérapie ne s'est révélée efficace. Quand bien meme quelques cas auraient fait mine de progresser, il faut savoir que la majorité des pédophiles sont manipulateurs et peuvent se faire passer pour des gens sains pendant un temps... L'agresseur de ma petite fille de 6 ans nie les faits mais le bilan psychologique de ce monstre est très clair. Aucune pathologie ne justifie ses actes, il est entièrement responsable de ses actes, rien n'a pu altérer son jugement. Il savait très bien ce qu'il faisait et rien ne l'excuse. Alors étudiez la psychologie, la psychiatrie et enfin la criminologie, car on parle de criminels, de pervers, mais pas de maladie mentale. Oui mesdames et messieurs il y a des gens mauvais, pas forcément fous, mais mauvais. Pour notre affaire je reve que la justice me le donne et me dise: "faites en ce que vous voulez...". Au lieu de ça ils vont le loger, le nourrir....et vous voudriez qu'ils dépensent de l'argent dans une thérapie inutile. Non c'est trop pour moi. Si encore ils étaient enfermés à vie je ne serais pas obligé de mentir à ma fille de 6 ans qui me demande chaque soir si je suis sure qu'il ne viendra plus jamais l'embéter". Croyez moi votre article montre que vous ne maitrisez pas votre sujet. Les pédophiles il ne faut pas les tuer, du moins pas aussitot, il faut les laisser souffrir, les enfermer et les laisser se morfondre, s'en vouloir, jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent fous pour de vrais. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser les pédophiles pour des expériences pour faire avancer la science par exemple? Ca pourrait justifier les dépenses pour les nourrir ou les loger! Je ne sais jamais comment parler de ce sujet sans que mon sang ne fasse qu'un tour et finisse par faire battre mon coeur et dilater les veines de mon cerveau. J'ai été victime d'un oncle pédophile, personne n'en a jamais rien su, mis à part mon psy et mon mari. Je vis avec. La où j'ai mal c'est quand je parle de ma fille qui a 3 ans c'est confié à moi en me disant que le mari de la nounou avait un gros "zizi".... résultat après qq jours d'enquète qq mois pour avoir le droit à un procès, avec juste qq jours de prison en attendant pour ce brave homme, qui a avoué le faits et gentiment précisé que des attouchements sexuels avaient bien eu lieux sur ma fille de 3 ans, mais également sur mon fils d'un an 1/2 à l'époque. En conclusion à tout ça, après un procès qui donnait plus envie de vomir qu'autre chose, le verdict est tombé. Monsieur aura le droit a une tape sur les doigts un suivi psy une interdiction d'approcher un mineur pendant 5 ans et des dommages et interets. Je suis et je resterais toujours dans l'idée que ce jour la j'ai prostitué mes enfants. Merci la justice ... le prochain on le coule dans le béton (sans rire...).
